How should I prepare for my appointment?
Arrive with clean dry hair unless otherwise instructed. Bring inspiration photos if helpful.
What is your cancellation policy?
We kindly ask that all cancellations be made at least 24 hours in advance. For larger appointments (such as color services, extensions, bridal, or multi-service bookings), we require a minimum of 48 hours’ notice.
This allows us to accommodate other clients and prepare accordingly. We truly appreciate your understanding and cooperation!
